Company Overview
University of Michigan graduates Brad Greenhill and Steve Gertz formed Stereo in 2004. The company was originally conceived as a means for the two to collaborate on their burgeoning freelance graphic design and web development projects. As their client base grew and demand for larger projects rich in application development mounted, Brad added third partner, Scott Meves, to fill the role of lead application developer. The specialty of Stereo lies is in complete brand communication systems. Stereo has established identities in both print and web environments for many local business such Amvest Properties, Varsity Management, BTB Burrito (formally Big Ten Burrito), and A2 Web Hosting to name a few. More recently, they’ve handled several branding as well as dynamic application solutions for General Motors, Leaflit, Northern Michigan Tourist Association, Remax Realtors, Upper Arlington City Schools, and Lewis Jewelers.
Stereo Project Team
Project Manager and Lead Interface Developer - Brad Greenhill Brad holds a degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan College of Engineering. He has over 5 years experience with graphic design, interface design, html, css, flash/actionscript, and project management. Brad co-founded Stereo Interactive with Steve Gertz in 2004 after several years of managing a successful music production and graphic design company. He has been a lifelong entrepreneur and is the mastermind behind Stereo’s project management.
Art Director and Lead Graphic / Interface Designer - Steve Gertz Steve holds degrees in Literature and Art from the University of Michigan. A lifelong illustrator and photographer, Steve has over 7 years of professional experience in the graphic arts. He is responsible for the art direction at Stereo. A master of identity and interface design, Steve co-founded Stereo in 2004.
Technology Director and Lead Application Developer - Scott Meves Scott holds degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan. Having built his first website in 1994, he has relied on his love of technology and years of experience to gain expert level mastery of PHP, MySQL, Javascript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, XML, VoiceXML and numerous other web based technologies. Scott is the co-founder of numerous web-based start-ups, including Eatblue.com / Ugrub LLC, an online university dining guide and discount service, and Ubars LLC, a college nightlife promotions company.
